PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
All Returns Must Be Made Within 30 Days of the Purchase Date

To obtain a refund, contact phone number below to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Product must be returned (shipping prepaid by customer) in Original-New condition with orginal order number attached. Once received by Elegance in Stone, LLC we will issue a refund less a 15% Re-stock Fee. Funds will be credited to orignating order account within 5-business days from receipt of product return. Limitation of liability: The liability Elegance in Stone, LLC, StoneCareOnline.com, of HMK® Moeller Stone Care and/or ACI International for defective products and any claims for damages whatsoever is limited to the purchase price of the products. HMK® Moeller Stone Care and/or ACI International shall not be liable for any consequential damages. No other warranty or representation is made or implied.
Determining the suitability of the product for any intended purpose shall be solely the responsibility of the user.
We can assist you by contacting our Technical Staff for product recomendations prior to purchase. We however are limited as to our ability to assess your application because we are not able to visually inspect the material(s), site conditions, and application methods.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose which extend beyond the description on the product label and the customers remedies shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the product.
